Job Description
We are currently recruiting on behalf of our global clients based in Uxbridge who are recruiting for a full-time Head of Treasury and Tax to join their team. Our client can offer a hybrid working model, and to be successful you will need experience in a similar role.
Typical duties include:
* Developing and leading group-wide treasury strategy
* Managing financial risks including FX and interest rate exposure
* Building strong relationships with banks, financial institutions, and credit rating agencies
* Negotiating financing, credit facilities, and banking services to ensure flexibility and minimise cost
* Leading global dividend strategy and capital repatriation to align with corporate goals
* Ensuring smooth, compliant cross-border cash movement
* Partnering with Finance and AR teams to strengthen credit control and improve collections
* Reviewing exposure, support weekly AR reviews, and contribute to customer risk strategies
* Driving international tax strategy across all jurisdictions
* Managing tax advisors and coordinate with local authorities during audits
* Partnering with the CFO and senior finance leads to ensure treasury and tax support wider group strategy
* Reporting directly to the board on liquidity, treasury KPIs, and tax risk
You will have:
* ACA / ACCA / CTA qualified (or equivalent)
* Proven experience in a similar role
* Strong technical knowledge of Treasury, International Tax Corporate Finance
* Confident communicator with the ability to explain complex tax matters to non-tax colleagues
* Excellent attention to detail and a hands-on, solutions-focused approach
