Head of Wealth
Location: Nottingham
Salary: £58,000 – £65,000 + Uncapped Bonus
Hours: Monday – Friday, 9.00am – 5.00pm
Contract: Permanent
Eaton Syalon are recruiting on behalf of a leading financial services group launching a new Wealth Management Division. This is a rare opportunity for a qualified adviser to take a founding leadership role, shaping and scaling a new proposition from day one.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide compliant, client-focused financial advice (restricted model)
* Define and implement the division’s strategic growth plan
* Recruit, mentor, and develop future advisers
* Build internal and external referral partnerships
* Collaborate with leadership to deliver operational excellence
About You:
* Level 4 Diploma (DipFA or equivalent)
* 3–5 years’ experience in regulated financial advice
* Proven leadership and client delivery skills
* Commercially astute, ambitious, and collaborative
