Developing and maintaining comprehensive H&S policies and procedures.
Producing risk assessments and conducting inspections to identify potential hazards.
Providing expert advice, guidance, and training to employees and stakeholders on H&S matters.
Monitoring performance, analysing data, and producing reports on H&S trends.
Keeping abreast of new legislation and ensuring compliance, especially in the Wickford area.
Liaising with external regulatory bodies and clients on H&S matters.What you'll bring:
Proven experience in Health and Safety, with a strong understanding of relevant legislation.
Comprehensive knowledge of H&S regulations and best practices.
NEBOSH qualification or equivalent professional certification is highly desirable.
The ability to be a proactive and self-motivated Safety Specialist.
