Job Description
Marble Talent Group are currently recruiting for a Health and Safety Advisor based in an office in Wickford!
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain health & safety policies and procedures.
* Complete risk assessments, inspections, and audits to identify and control hazards.
* Provide advice, training, and support on PPE, safe practices, and compliance.
* Investigate accidents and near misses, recommending corrective actions.
* Monitor safety performance and prepare clear, concise reports.
* Stay up-to-date with relevant legislation and ensure company compliance.
* Liaise with clients, contractors, and regulatory bodies.
* Lead safety communications and awareness initiatives.
* Carry out routine off-site visits.
Personal Requirements
* Experience in a Health & Safety role with strong knowledge of regulations.
* Excellent communication, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
* Confident IT user (Microsoft Office).
* Self-motivated, organised, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
* Valid driving licence required.
* IOSH membership or similar qualification desirable.
Salary - £33k per year
