Health and Safety Advisor
Blackburn
£42,000 per annum + Progression to management + External training + Increased pension
Monday - Friday, 8:15am - 5pm - early 1pm finish
Are you an experienced Health and Safety Advisor looking for a new role that can offer progression opportunities to management and long-term opportunities to director level?

This is an excellent opportunity for a Health and Safety advisor to join a manufacturing powerhouse, supporting with all Health & Safety functions. This newly advertised role offers long-term career development, full autonomy, and the potential to progress throughout a fast-growing business.
Due to recent changes and significant investment, we are looking to recruit a Health and Safety advisor to work in Blackburn that can support with all change and development plans.
In this role, you will support with reviewing all existing procedures and regulations across one site, develop and implement new structures, management systems, policies and procedures, and ensure the continuous improvement of business operations.
The ideal candidate will come from a Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing or similar background with proven experience managing Health & Safety & functions. You should be confident in delivering and implementing change and have a track record of influencing and motivating teams to achieve company goals.
