Job Description
We are currently recruiting a Health and Safety Advisor to join our team within the rail infrastructure industry.

This is a key role that provides assurance, guidance, and support in the safe operation of our worksites, ensuring full compliance with all health and safety regulations and legislative requirements.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide on-site health and safety support and guidance
*
Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure safe working practices
*
Assist with incident investigations and drive continuous improvement
*
Deliver training and educational tools to staff
*
Engage and influence Site Managers and teams to promote a positive safety culture
*
Maintain accurate records and reports
Requirements:
*
PTS certified (Personal Track Safety)
*
NEBOSH Construction Certificate (or higher, e.g., NEBOSH Diploma)
*
Proven experience in a similar H&S advisory role within construction or infrastructure
*
Strong working knowledge of the rail industry and infrastructure projects
*
Confident communicator with the ability to influence and engage across all levels
*
Excellent IT skills, including health & safety reporting systems
*
High attention to detail and commitment to best practices
*
Flexibility to work evenings and weekends when required
