Health & Safety Assistant (Part-Time) 1–2 Days per Week
 Salary: Negotiable

 We are looking for a proactive and detail‑focused Health & Safety Assistant to support our team on a part‑time basis. This role is ideal for someone with a strong awareness of workplace health and safety who enjoys ensuring high standards and helping create a safe, compliant working environment.

 Key Responsibilities
Support the implementation and monitoring of health & safety policies and procedures
Assist with workplace inspections, audits, and risk assessments
Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation
Help ensure compliance with current legislation and company standards
Provide general support to the Health & Safety Lead/Manager
Promote a positive safety culture across the businessWhat We’re Looking For
Strong awareness and understanding of workplace health & safety
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
Confident communicator with a proactive approach
Ability to work independently and manage your own workload
Previous experience in a health & safety role is desirable but not essentialHours & Salary
1–2 days per week (flexible scheduling available)
