As a Health & Safety Consultant, your role will include:

Providing practical and professional Health & Safety advice across diverse client portfolios

Developing and implementing tailored Health & Safety strategies for legal compliance
*
Supporting clients in building robust processes, procedures, and safe systems of work
*
Delivering ISO management standards, including ISO 45001 and ISO 14001, via consultancy, audits and training
*
Building strong relationships with new and existing clients to understand their needs and provide expert solutions
*
Collaborating with colleagues to share insight, knowledge and approaches
*
Supporting wider business development efforts to grow consultancy offerings
*
Identifying opportunities to develop new services aligned with industry needs
*
Playing a key role in company growth and contributing to strategic goals
As the Health and Safety Consultant you will either be Chartered IOSH or working your way torwards this, or be a Fellow IIRSM or have RISQS and a strong working knowledge of current Health & Safety legislation and its application across sectors. Practical experience with CDM regulations, audits, risk assessments, and method statements and familiarity with SHEQ management systems such as ISO 45001/14001/9001

Location: Derby with travel throughout the UK
Contract Type: Permanent - Full Time Role
We are seeking to recruit a talented Health & Safety professional to work with both our existing and new clients. This is a highly autonomous role which reports to the Managing Director.
You may be currently in a consultancy role and looking for a fresh challenge or a Safety, Health, Environment, Quality (SHEQ) professional who is looking to utilise and grow their experience in a new career direction.
As one of our Health & Safety Consultants your duties will include:
* Providing Health & Safety advice and delivery capabilities to our clients.
* Developing and implementing Health & Safety strategies to achieve legal compliance.
* Supporting clients with the development of their processes and procedures.
* Delivering ISO Management Standards including ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 through a mix of consulting, auditing and training.
* Building relationships with existing and potential clients to understand their business and offer solutions.
* Reciprocal sharing of knowledge and experience with colleagues.
* Supporting colleagues and the business with business development activities to continue to grow our consultancy offering.
* Identifying and developing new service offerings.
* Contributing to company growth and objectives.
