Health and Safety Manager
Location: Bristol
Salary: Circa £50k - £60k depending upon experience
A main contractor specialising in fitout and refurbs are now looking for a Health and Safety Manager
to join their team.
Health and Safety Manager - Role
* 2-3 Days per week based in HQ and Visiting Sites in central London
* Assist in Tendering H&S and Prequal information.
* Producing CPHSP
* Assisting – Producing RAMS for Sites and Various site tasks.
* Weekly Audits on live projects
* Weekly reports for Directors
* Assisting with Managing the H&S of workforce on site
* Managing H&S in HQ and producing necessary RA – Fire Plans
* Compliance with Legislation relating to H&S
* Managing and Liaising with Site Managers to come up with Proactive Methods to undertake site works.
* Reviews of H&S paperwork and Hold Points prior to work commencing
* Temporary Works Coordination on projects – Managing Process and systems of work. Hold Points.
* Training Matrix and Training Plan updates – review.
* Producing Fire Plans – RA for sites
* Assisting Directors where required
Health and Safety Manager – Person requirments:
The ideal candidate MUST come from the construction industry as a Health and Safety Manager . You will also have the following skills, qualifications and experience:
* IOSH Member and working towards CMIOSH
* Ideally hold a NEBOSH Construction Certificate OR equivilent
* CSCS Registered manager’s card Gold - Black
