Health, Safety & Wellbeing Lead – Hertfordshire
A corporate organisation in Hertfordshire is seeking a Health, Safety & Wellbeing Lead to join their team in a newly created, full-time permanent role. This is an exciting opportunity to shape and lead health, safety, and wellbeing initiatives across multiple sites.
Location: Hertfordshire (with quarterly travel to 2 additional sites, fully reimbursed)
Working Model: Hybrid – 3 days on-site / 2 days WFH
Remuneration: Competitive and negotiable, with up to 15% performance bonus
Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and monitor Health, Safety & Wellbeing procedures

Ensure inspection readiness and audit preparedness
*
Support organisational wellbeing initiatives
*
No direct reports or team management responsibilities
Requirements:

Experience in Health & Safety and Wellbeing roles

Ability to drive compliance and proactive wellbeing initiatives
