Are you passionate about creating a safe and sustainable work environment?
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and maintain policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
Conduct regular audits and inspections to assess workplace hazards and ensure safety protocols are followed.
Lead training programmes to educate employees about safety practises and environmental responsibility.
Collaborate with various departments to promote a proactive safety culture and address any concerns promptly.
Monitor and report performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience in an Health and Safety management role within a manufacturing or production environment.
Strong knowledge of HS regulations and best practises, with the ability to translate complex requirements into actionable strategies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for engaging employees at all levels.
A proactive mindset and the ability to work independently while fostering teamwork.
Relevant qualifications (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH) are highly desirable.
