Health & safety manager required for a full time role. My clients head office is Luton with sites across London and home counties.
The client is a medium sized construction company who specialise in temporary works, structural alterations, groundworks, medium sized RC frames & Basements.
Duties include but are not limited to:
• Manage health and safety performance across all jobs
• Coordinate operational practices and procedures.
• Conduct site health & safety inspections and audits and coordinate, if required, any rectifications and monitor close out actions.
• Monitor safety training needs
• Review induction programmes, toolbox talks, and briefings.
• Assist site managers with the review of company and contractors risk assessments and method statements checking for improvements and compliance.
• Prepare legislation updates and advisory memos.
• Investigate and report findings of accidents and incidents to include improvement recommendations.
