Location: Remote in North Wales (with travel)
Duration: Full-time, permanent
Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00am – 4:30pm

We’re looking for people with experience in Health & Social Care and a Level 3 Health & Social Care qualification who want to take the next step in their career. You’ll receive full training and support to achieve your assessor qualification, while helping others gain theirs.
About the role
As a Trainee Assessor, you’ll support apprenticeship learners in Health & Social Care, guiding them through their qualifications. You’ll assess their skills in the workplace, provide feedback, and help them progress with confidence.
This role is about sharing your care experience and turning it into a new career pathway where you’ll make a difference in another way – by helping care professionals achieve their qualifications and grow in their roles.
What you’ll be doing

Visiting learners in their workplaces across North Wales.
*
Assessing and supporting apprentices as they work towards Health & Social Care qualifications.
*
Creating personalised learning plans and keeping learners motivated.
*
Tracking progress, recording achievements, and meeting awarding body standards.
*
Gaining your own assessor qualification with full training provided.
What we’re looking for
Experience working in Health & Social Care.
A Level 3 Health & Social Care qualification.
A full driving licence and access to a vehicle.
Willingness to complete a DBS check (we’ll cover the cost) and register with the EWC.
Welsh-speaking is desirable.
(No previous assessing experience is required – full training provided!)
