What you’ll be doing:

Delivering high-quality, classroom-based Health & Social Care courses (Level 1 and 2)
*
Creating a positive, supportive learning environment
*
Guiding learners from initial assessment to successful completion
*
Adapting your delivery style to meet the needs of each learner
*
Supporting positive outcomes into employment or further training
What we’re looking for:
*
Experience delivering Health and Social Care qualifications to adult learners
*
A recognised teaching qualification (e.g. PTLLS, AET, CertEd, PGCE)
*
Knowledge of AEB/Adult Skills Fund programmes
*
Someone who genuinely cares about learner progress and employability
