Healthcare Assistant – Dementia and Care Support (Cardiff, Wales)

Are you a dedicated Healthcare Assistant with experience in caring for individuals with dementia and other health conditions? Key Responsibilities

  * Provide personal care and support to residents in nursing and residential homes

  * Use manual handling equipment safely and effectively

Requirements

  * Minimum of 6 months experience in healthcare or social care
