Job Description

Patient Care: Assisting with washing, dressing, feeding, and personal hygiene; helping patients with mobility and comfort; providing emotional support

  * Clinical Support: Taking vital signs, performing blood tests, blood pressure checks, height, weight, BMI measurements, urinalysis, and diabetic foot checks; assisting in minor procedures or theatre support under supervision

  * Administrative Duties: Maintaining accurate patient records, stocking rooms, checking equipment and fridge temperatures, handling clinical waste, and using electronic templates for documentation

  * Health and Safety: Following infection control procedures, reporting hazards, and ensuring patient confidentiality, dignity, and respect at all times

  * Chaperoning: Acting as a chaperone during examinations or procedures and documenting appropriately
