We are currently recruiting caring and dedicated Healthcare Assistants to join the team on both day and night shifts. Long-term career prospects within a growing organisation Key Responsibilities As a Healthcare Assistant, you will:
Provide high-quality person-centred care to residents.
Support residents with personal care, including washing, dressing, grooming, and continence care.
Assist with mobility and the safe use of equipment and aids.
Support residents with eating, drinking, and maintaining good nutrition.
Encourage independence while promoting dignity, privacy, and respect at all times.
Build positive relationships with residents, families, and colleagues.
Monitor residents' wellbeing and report any changes or concerns to senior staff.
Assist with social activities and encourage residents to maintain their sense of identity and wellbeing.
Support household and domestic duties to help maintain a clean and comfortable environment.
Follow all company policies, procedures, and safeguarding guidelines.
Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively during handovers. Skills & Qualifications Required
Previous care experience is a MUST!!!!!
A caring, compassionate, and reliable nature.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to build positive relationships with elderly residents.
Professional and respectful approach at all times.
Willingness to complete mandatory training and ongoing professional development.
Commitment to maintaining the highest standards of care.
