Health Care Assistant – Jersey, Channel Islands (Relocation Support Provided)
Location: Jersey – Channel Islands
Relocation Assistance: Full support available for candidates relocating

What You’ll Be Doing:
Deliver high-quality, person-centred care in clients’ own homes, promoting independence and dignity.
Support service users to stay connected with their interests and community.
Follow tailored care plans and report any changes in service users’ needs to management.
Work alongside families, care teams, and health professionals to achieve the best possible outcomes.
Maintain accurate care records and promptly raise any concerns about health or wellbeing.
What We’re Looking For:
Driving Licence: Full valid licence and access to your own vehicle is essential.
Experience: Prior care experience is welcomed but not essential — we value a willingness to learn and grow. Support is provided to work towards an RQF qualification in Social Care.
Skills: Excellent communication skills, empathy, and a solid understanding of person-centred care.
Personality: Reliable, compassionate, and committed to making a difference.
