About the Role As a Recruitment Consultant, you’ll take full ownership of your desk from winning new business to placing top-tier candidates in meaningful roles within the healthcare sector. This is a true end-to-end recruitment position where your experience in business development, candidate engagement, and client relationship management will be key to your success. What You’ll Bring / Requirements A minimum of 2 years’ experience in 360 recruitment, ideally within a fast-paced, results-driven environment. Strong commercial acumen with a consultative sales style, you understand how to build trust, solve client challenges, and close deals. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, allowing you to build lasting relationships with both clients and candidates. Proven success hitting (and exceeding) targets, with the drive and resilience to thrive under pressure. Exceptional time management and organisational skills, enabling you to balance multiple roles, clients, and priorities efficiently. A proactive, self-motivated attitude you take ownership, deliver results, and constantly look for ways to improve and grow. Key Responsibilities End-to-End Recruitment Manage the full recruitment lifecycle . Sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing candidates in roles that align with their experience and aspirations. Ensure every placement meets both client needs and candidate career goals. Uphold high compliance and safeguarding standards, maintaining Chalk Healthcare’s reputation for quality and integrity. Business Development Proactively grow and manage your own territory or desk, identifying and converting new business opportunities. Build and maintain strong, consultative relationships with clients across temporary and permanent healthcare staffing. Conduct regular client meetings to understand hiring needs, offer solutions, and secure repeat business. Stay on top of industry trends and competitor activity to remain one step ahead. Sales and KPI Management Deliver recruitment solutions tailored to client needs. Consistently achieve and aim to exceed revenue, placement, and activity targets. Meet KPIs such as placements, client engagement, and new business wins. Relationship Management Build strong, long-term relationships with clients and candidates. Provide career advice and support to candidates, from preparation to placement. Keep clients updated and engaged through regular communication. Marketing and Branding Create compelling job advertisements to attract the right candidates. Use social media and targeted campaigns to promote roles and the Chalk Healthcare brand. Operational Excellence * Maintain accurate records in the CRM system. * Identify opportunities for process improvements. * Collaborate with your team to share insights and best practices.
