What You'll Do

As a Healthcare Assistant / Support Worker, you will:

  * Deliver personal care with dignity and respect

  * Support residents with mobility, nutrition, and daily routines

  * Provide companionship and emotional support

  * Monitor wellbeing and report any changes

  * Help maintain a clean, safe, and supportive environment

  * Work closely with nurses, families, and your team to ensure the best outcomes for residents

Who We’re Looking For

  * Previous experience in a care or support setting (minimum 6 months)

  * Valid UK driving licence.

  * DBS on Update Service.

  * Mandatory Training up to date

  * Friendly, caring, and reliable with strong communication skills

  * Able to follow care plans and work both independently and as part of a team

  * Flexible and willing to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and last minute shifts.
