Trainee Assessor (Homebased/ Remote H/ ybrid)
£24,638 - £25,709
Monday to Friday
Location: South Wales
We are looking for a expereinced care workers to become a Health care Assessor.
If you are a motivated individual we'd like you to join our team as a Trainee Assessor. In this role, you’ll help learners achieve their goals by delivering high-quality training and assessment, while supporting continuous improvement across the organisation.
What you’ll do:
* Deliver training programmes and workplace assessments to learners across a regional area.
* Training will be provided to where you will support learners with Individual Learning Plans (ILPs) and track progress.
* Develop and deliver course materials to meet awarding body requirements.
* Maintain accurate records of learner achievements.
* Build strong relationships with employers and identify new opportunities.
* Ensure quality standards, safeguarding, health & safety, and compliance are met.
What we’re looking for:
* Occupational experience in your area of delivery.
* Willingness to work towards the Assessor Award (CAVA/TAQA).
* Strong communication and organisational skills.
* Full driving licence and access to a vehicle.
Desirable:
* Experience in work-based learning or apprenticeships.
* Assessor qualifications (CAVA/TAQA).
* Essential Skills delivery experience.
* Ability to communicate in Welsh.
