Health & Safety Advisors – Data Centre Projects (Dublin)
Salary: €60,000 – €65,000 + Benefits
Location: Dublin
Type: Full-Time
Hiring: 2 positions

A major engineering contractor delivering large-scale data centre builds in Dublin is seeking two H&S Advisors to support ongoing mission-critical projects. These are long-term roles offering exposure to some of the most advanced facilities in Europe.

Key Responsibilities

  * Support daily H&S site operations on hyperscale data centres

  * Conduct inspections, audits, toolbox talks, inductions

  * Review RAMS, permits, and ensure compliance with safety procedures

  * Monitor high-risk activities (MEP, lifting, commissioning, HV/LV works)

  * Promote a strong safety culture across site teams and subcontractors

  * Assist in incident investigations and corrective action plans

Requirements

  * 3–5+ years’ H&S experience on construction/MEP projects

  * NEBOSH or equivalent safety qualification

  * Data centre, pharma or mission-critical experience preferred

  * Strong communication and reporting abilities
