Health & Safety Advisor
Liverpool | £300 per day | 6 Month Contract (Inside IR35)
The Situation:
Ford & Stanley Interim are seeking an experienced Health & Safety Advisor to join a dynamic team in Liverpool, supporting a heavy industry environment. This is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive professional with a strong background in engineering or industrial operations to make a real impact.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the completion and review of Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS) for engineering works
Provide coaching and support to production teams, supervisors, and technical staff.
Promote and maintain high standards of health & safety awareness across site.
Ensure best practices are followed and embedded into daily operations.
Work independently to identify and mitigate risks, ensuring compliance with regulations.
Candidate Requirements:
Proven experience in a heavy industry setting (e.g manufacturing, engineering)
NEBOSH General Certificate (Highly desirable)
Strong communication and leadership skills
Ability to work autonomously and influence safety culture positively
