Description
Manage and maintain compliance assurance tools to ensure adherence to legal, permit, and internal HSE standards.
Support the implementation and monitoring of safety protocols related to high-risk operations, including process safety management requirements.
Design and execute internal audit programs, including behavioural assessments, to proactively detect and address potential compliance issues.
Collaborate with relevant departments to ensure timely resolution of HSE-related corrective and preventive actions.
Work closely with engineering and maintenance teams to define and document inspection, testing, and maintenance plans for safety-critical equipment and systems.
Act as a subject matter expert during external audits and inspections related to safety, environmental, health, and fire protection regulations.
Lead investigations into incidents, ensuring root causes are identified and corrective actions are effectively implemented and shared across the site.
Develop and manage training programs to ensure all required SHE training is comprehensive, up to date, and tracked to completion.

Demonstrated success in leading and managing teams, fostering high performance and accountability.
Skilled in building open, honest, and trusting relationships that lead to mutually beneficial outcomes.
Strong communicator with the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively to diverse stakeholders.
Experienced in project management, with the ability to prioritise tasks and drive multiple initiatives to successful completion.
Job Offer
A competitive salary range of £60000 to £70000 per annum.
