About The Role * Salary: £37,878 - £44,432 plus up to 10% bonus, company car or allowance (up to £7,356.10), 5% employer pension, 25 days holiday + 8 bank holidays. * The role involves travel across the Central and South East (Birmingham, Milton Keynes, Ruislip, Bracknell). * Working pattern: Any 5 from 6 (Mon–Sat), with up to 12 Saturdays per year. (This is a contractual requirement of the role) What will I be doing? * Working with the Health, Safety & Transport Training Manager, ensuring that the training content, course material and course delivery are of a high standard. * Arrange and deliver practical and engaging health, safety & transport training. * Build strong and positive relationship with key stakeholders to ensure full participation and attendance to all training course to raise the safety standards within SUEZ R&R. * Provide & maintain training data * Assist in the analysis of performance data (including incidents) to identify improvements to existing learning approaches and packages. * Maintaining a professional qualification to deliver Health, Safety and Transport training, and ensure that all training and assessments comply with relevant statutory regulations and internally set guidelines and standards. * Input into the regular review of policies and procedures which relate to health, safety and transport. * Review of new technological or digital approaches by the business to determine any adaption to the training needs. What are the requirements? * DVLA Cat C Licence (min. 3 years) and in‑date Driver CPC. * Ideally LGV instructional/assessor experience. * Willingness to travel regionally (and occasionally nationally), including overnight stays. * IOSH Managing Safely (working towards NEBOSH General Certificate). * PTTLS/NVQ Level 3 in education and training (or working towards). * First Aid certificate (or working towards). * Strong communication skills and the ability to engage at all levels. * Good problem‑solving skills and the ability to plan and deliver lessons independently. * IT literacy (Microsoft Office, SharePoint, Teams, etc.). * Understanding of relevant legislation, ACoPs and industry guidance. * Candidates with experience in either Transport or Health & Safety are encouraged to apply, we can train you in the other area.
