* Monitor, evaluate and review existing, new, and upcoming Health & Safety legislation.
* Ensure systems and procedures are in place to meet legal compliance.
* Ensure all personnel receive statutory training and are kept up to date.
* Produce and publish Health & Safety action plans with timescales.
* Product progress reports to management meetings.
* Review and develop all aspects of the Health & Safety policy and implement.
* Ensure all equipment on site adheres to Health & Safety regulations.
* Promote environmentally friendly practices and sustainability initiatives within the workplace, and complete mandatory ESH-related training and certifications.
The primary purpose of this role is to support, co-ordinate and advise the business in relation to all aspects of Health & Safety. To establish, manage and monitor standards, processes, communications, systems and training to ensure all responsibilities in association to Health & Safety are adhered to.
