Health, Safety & Environmental Lead | Eastleigh | Up to £50,000 FTE (Part-Time, 12-Month FTC)

As Health, Safety & Environmental Lead, your responsibilities will include:
Implementing and monitoring HSE programmes to ensure full legal compliance
Maintaining external HSE accreditations and liaising with stakeholders
Leading site safety audits and ensuring corrective actions are taken
Delivering HSE training, including new hire orientation
Chairing/supporting the site HSE committee and emergency response team
Managing risk assessments, incident reporting and contractor safety
As Health, Safety & Environmental Lead, your experience will include:
Proven background in Health, Safety & Environmental roles within manufacturing settings
Strong working knowledge of NEBOSH and ISO standards
Experience conducting audits and gap analyses
Ability to develop and deliver engaging HSE training
Confident communicator with regulatory bodies and internal teams
Hands-on approach to emergency response and site safety
