Are you passionate about making a real difference in health, safety, sustainability, and compliance? Do you have a strong understanding of ISO standards, net zero strategies, and corporate social responsibility (CSR)? We're partnering with a well-established manufacturing organisation that's committed to environmental leadership and ethical practices - and they're looking for a proactive HSES Compliance Co-Ordinator to join their team.
Responsibilities of this Health, Safety, Environmental, Sustainability & Compliance Co-Ordinator role:
Support the implementation of ISO 14001 and 45001 systems
Ensure compliance with health & safety legislation (e.g. RIDDOR, LOLER, COSHH)
Assist with audits for FSC, FISP, Eco Vadis and packaging compliance (PPT)
Collate and analyse CO₂ data (Scope 1-3) to support Net Zero KPIs
Produce clear and concise reports and documentation for internal and external stakeholders
Work with the sales and public sector teams to provide CSR and sustainability data
Support engagement with external bodies, auditors, suppliers, and regulatorsReporting directly to the HSES Manager, this role is ideal for someone looking to develop their career in an ethical, forward-thinking organisation.
The HSES Compliance Co-Ordinator selected will have:
Strong understanding of ISO standards and document control systems
Knowledge of sustainability, net zero, and CSR frameworks
Experience with supply chain traceability (e.g. FSC, fabric/wood material compliance)
Highly IT literate - especially with Microsoft Excel and Word
A full right to work in the UK
Live in or near to Liverpool
Sustainability-related qualifications or training would be an advantageThis Health, Safety, Environmental, Sustainability & Compliance Co-Ordinator role offers:
