Location: Home-based with travel to London office and client sites

The Role
As a Health, Safety & Fire Trainer, you’ll design and deliver engaging training programmes, keep materials aligned with the latest standards, and support both clients and colleagues with expert advice. You’ll play a key part in shaping a proactive safety culture, with the freedom to manage your own workload and contribute to the company’s growing reputation.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver and adapt health, safety & fire training (in-person and online)
Keep training content up to date with legislation and best practice
Manage training accreditations and quality checks
Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering ongoing support
Work with internal teams to integrate safety into operationsWhat’s on Offer

Predominantly home-based role with flexible working
Support to achieve advanced qualifications including NEBOSH Diploma and L4 Education & Training

NEBOSH General Certificate plus Fire Safety / Fire Risk Management Certificate
Level 3 H&S and Fire qualifications
Experience delivering health, safety & fire training
Strong communication and organisational skills
A team player who can also work independentlyDesirable
First Aid Trainer (NUCO preferred)
IOSH Technical Membership (or working towards)
Teaching qualification (PTLLS, Level 3 AET, Trainer the Trainer)
