Job Description

We are seeking a proven H&S professional to support a prestigious Estate Development within Hammersmith.

Key areas of deliverables include: -

  * Development & delivery of comprehensive policies & supporting procedures for a brand new Estate Development

  * Develop a H&S Management System that meets UK statutory & industry requirements

  * Draft H&S policies & guides covering all related topics

  * Conduct risk assessments across estate functions

  * Define roles & responsibilities within the internal team

  * Develop reporting & escalation procedures

  * Strong communication & stakeholder engagement ability

  * Produce training frameworks for staff / third parties

  * Produce guidance on monitoring, review & compliance

This key position is a 12 month FTC will be based on site 4 x days per week with 1 x day working from home.

Candidates must hold proven / relevant experience along with NEBOSH accreditation and knowledge of UK relevant legislation, ACoPs and guidance.

Ideally with experience across construction / property sectors, available immediately & for the 12 month period.
