A leading firm in the renewable energy sector is seeking a dedicated and proactive professional to oversee Health & Safety operations across Windfarms, Substations, and Battery Storage projects in and around Glasgow. Key Responsibilities:
Develop and enforce robust health and safety policies across multiple project sites
Conduct regular site inspections and detailed risk assessments
Ensure full compliance with current legislation, standards, and best practices
Lead and deliver engaging safety training sessions and workshops
Work closely with project managers to embed safety measures into project plans
Essential Skills and Experience:
Chartered status in Health & Safety (CMIOSH or equivalent)
Significant experience in Health & Safety management within the renewable energy sector
Strong working knowledge of relevant UK Health & Safety legislation and standards
Proven experience on Windfarms, Substations, and Battery Storage projects
Excellent communication, leadership, and influencing skills
Ability to operate independently while collaborating effectively within project teams
