Locum Healthcare Assistant – GP Practice
Location: Leicester
Pay Rate: £16.13 per hour (Umbrella)
Contract Type: Locum / Temporary
Shifts: Morning and Afternoon shifts available

Service Care Solutions are currently recruiting for a Locum Healthcare Assistant (HCA) to join a friendly and supportive GP practice team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HCA looking for flexible locum work in a primary care setting.
Key Requirements: To be considered for this role, candidates must have:
Experience using SystmOne clinical system
Previous experience working in a GP surgery or primary care environment
Relevant healthcare qualifications and up-to-date trainingEssential Clinical Skills: The ideal candidate will be confident and competent in the following:
Administering Flu and COVID vaccinations
Venepuncture (Bloods)
INR testing
Simple dressings and wound care
Administering injections: B12, Pneumococcal, RSV, Shingles
Blood pressure monitoring
Suture and clip removals
Diabetic foot checks
FeNO testing
