WE’RE HIRING – SUPPORT WORKERS

We are looking for reliable, caring and dedicated Support Workers to join our team.

Position: Support Worker
Shifts: Day & Night Shifts Available
Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time

Key Responsibilities:

  * Providing person-centred care and support

  * Supporting individuals with daily living activities

  * Promoting independence, dignity and choice

  * Supporting with personal care where required

  * Completing accurate daily records and documentation

  * Following individual care/support plans

  * Maintaining a safe and supportive environment
