£15.00 - £17.00 per hour
Part Time | Days & Afternoons | 9:00am–3:00pm & 2:00pm–8:00pm

We’re looking for caring and dedicated Healthcare Assistants to support an 11-year-old boy in his own family home.
This is a rewarding opportunity to become part of a child-centred care team, providing personalised support that helps him feel safe, happy, and confident while enjoying the activities he loves.
He is a cheerful and sociable young boy who enjoys playing video games, listening to music, watching YouTube, and spending time with people who encourage him to get involved in the things that matter most to him.

Your Role as a Healthcare Assistant
✔ Provide personalised care and support within the family home
✔ Support with daily routines and personal care needs
✔ Encourage independence and confidence
✔ Support engagement in hobbies and activities
✔ Build a positive and trusting relationship with the child and his family
✔ Promote comfort, wellbeing, and quality of life
✔ Work alongside the family and wider care team to provide consistent support
What You'll Need
✔ Minimum 3 months’ paid care experience within a professional UK care setting
✔ A genuine passion for supporting children and young people
✔ Strong communication skills and a caring approach
✔ Reliability, patience, and a positive attitude
✔ Willingness to complete client-specific clinical training where required
✔ Full UK driving licence
Previous experience supporting children with complex healthcare needs is desirable; however, full specialist training is provided by our experienced in-house nursing team where required.
