What You’ll Be Doing:
Providing 1:1 and small group support to pupils with a range of SEN, including autism, ADHD, and social/emotional needs
Assisting with classroom activities and adapting learning to meet individual needs
Supporting children with EHCPs and helping them access the curriculum
Promoting emotional wellbeing, independence, and positive behaviour
Assisting with personal care needs where required, always maintaining dignity and respect
Working closely with teachers, parents, and external professionals to deliver holistic support
This Role is Ideal for Healthcare Assistants Who:
Have experience supporting individuals with additional needs, either in care, residential, or clinical settings
Are empathetic, patient, and passionate about helping children thrive
Are looking to transition into education and gain experience in a school setting
Are open to learning and keen to develop new skills through training and mentoring
Are comfortable providing personal care and emotional support when needed
