We are currently recruiting experienced Healthcare Assistants (HCAs) to join our growing agency team, working across nursing and residential care homes supporting elderly residents and individuals with varying care needs.

Role Responsibilities

  * Provide high-quality, person-centred care

  * Assist residents with personal care and daily living activities

  * Support individuals with mobility, nutrition, and hydration

  * Work alongside nurses and care teams to deliver care plans

  * Maintain accurate records and documentation

  * Promote dignity, wellbeing, and safeguarding at all times

Requirements

  * ✅ Minimum 1 year UK HCA/support work experience in nursing or residential homes (essential)

  * ✅ Must be backed by a UK professional reference

  * ✅ Right to work in the UK with no restrictions

  * ❌ No sponsorships available

  * ✅ DBS on the Update Service

  * ✅ Two professional references

  * ✅ Relevant training certificates (Manual Handling, Safeguarding, Basic Life Support, etc.)

  * ✅ Flexible, reliable, and able to work shifts
