£45,000 - £55,000 + benefits
Lead the way in renewable heating and fast track into a Technical Manager position within two years. You’ll work with the latest Air Source Heat Pump technology and get hands-on training to sharpen your skills and increase your earning potential.
Plus, you’ll enjoy the flexibility of planning your own week, with a field-based job covering North West London and the Home Counties. You’ll work independently but always have a strong team behind you when needed.

What you’ll do
Install Air Source Heat Pumps in domestic properties, making homes more energy-efficient and future-proof. You’ll take ownership of each job, ensuring high-quality installations that customers can trust.
You’ll also carry out technical surveys, using a handy app to streamline the process. On-site, you’ll explain the system to customers in a way that makes them feel confident and comfortable with their new setup.
What you’ll need
* At least 2 years’ experience installing Air Source Heat Pumps
* A background as a qualified Plumber or Gas Safe Engineer
* Working knowledge of MCS standards and practices
Experience carrying out technical surveys in domestic properties will also come in handy, as you’ll be doing some of this yourself.
