Heat Pump Installer
Locations: Wembley, Herts, Suffolk, Norfolk
Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 + benefits
An established heat pump business is looking for experienced Heat Pump Installers to join their team. You’ll be installing Air Source Heat Pumps in domestic properties, helping homeowners make their homes more energy-efficient and future-ready.
This is a field-based role covering Wembley, Hertfordshire, Suffolk, and Norfolk, giving you the chance to work independently while having a supportive team behind you.
What you’ll do:
* Install Air Source Heat Pumps, cylinders, pipework, and all necessary components
* Commission and test systems, resolving any issues on-site
* Act as the face of the company with customers, explaining the system clearly and ensuring a smooth handover
What you’ll need:
* Level 3 Heat Pumps
* F-Gas
* Electrical Installations 18th edition
* 10 years’ experience
Benefits:
* Salary £45,000 - £52,000 depending on experience
* Company van (or allowance for using your own vehicle), tools, and PPE
