Pay: 14.00 per hour
Shift: Days
Duration: Temporary to Permanent
We are currently seeking a skilled Heat Treatment Operator to join a leading manufacturer in Redditch. This is a permanent opportunity offering excellent training, development, and a supportive working environment.
Role Responsibilities
Operating heat treatment furnaces and associated equipment.
Loading and unloading components safely and efficiently.
Following detailed work instructions, process sheets, and quality procedures.
Monitoring temperature cycles, recording process data, and reporting anomalies.
Supporting general manufacturing operations when required.
Maintaining a clean, safe working area and adhering to health & safety guidelines.
What We’re Looking For
Previous experience in a manufacturing/engineering environment.
Understanding of heat treatment or metal processing advantageous (training provided).
Ability to read and follow written and diagrammatic instructions.
A strong focus on quality and attention to detail.
Flexibility and willingness to support across the team.
