The Opportunity:
This is an opportunity where you will be providing reactive maintenance along with ensuring exceptional customer service throughout our properties.
Responsibilities:
Complete annual servicing and landlord safety checks of heating and plumbing systems.
Contribute to the planned maintenance programme by completing planned boiler,central heating and bathroom replacements when required.
Ensuring the continued safety of our customers, staff and visitors by delivering 100% compliant periodic building safety tests e.g.annual gas safety and electrical servicing etc.
Ensure am excellent standard of health and safety managemen on all works carried out.
Requirements:
You must be Category 1 Accredited Certification Scheme Gas Operatibe and hold a qualification in a Mechanical Engineering Discipline
A full clean Driving licence
Health and Safety qualification (CSCS)
Benefits:
£17.67 per hour
37 hour working week
