Rate: £280 for the day
Location: Acton, West London
We are looking for a qualified and reliable Heating Engineer to carry out one day of planned maintenance on heating and hot water plant at a commercial site in Acton.
Scope of Work:
Maintenance on:
Hyco Powerflow 80L water heater
Hyco 8L expansion vessel
Heatrae Multipoint 15 water heater
2x gas-fired warm air heaters (approx. 6.8m high)
Access equipment provided on site
Engineer must bring their own toolsRequirements:
G3 Unvented Hot Water certification (mandatory)
Gas Safe Registered with CIGA1 (gas-fired warm air units)
Comfortable working at height (access provided)
Must be reliable, punctual, and professionalThis is a one-off job, but we're looking for someone dependable who we can potentially call on for future support.
