Heating Engineer – £18.50–£22.00 per hour – West Scotland – Temp to Perm + Overtime
We’re offering an exciting opportunity for a Heating Engineer to join a team on a temp-to-perm basis, working across a range of commercial sites throughout West Scotland. This role provides consistent weekday hours, mobile work in pairs, and a strong, ongoing schedule of projects focused on commercial boiler systems and pipework.
This is a great chance for an experienced commercial heating professional seeking stable, long-term work with the option for overtime.
Engineer Benefits:

Pay Rate: £18.50 – £22.00 per hour (based on experience)

Contract Type: Temp to Perm
*
Working Hours:
*
Monday to Thursday: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
*
Friday: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Key Responsibilities:
*
Install, maintain, and service commercial heating systems, including relevant pipework
*
Assist in boiler house operations while following all safety and compliance protocols
*
Travel between sites as part of a mobile team to complete scheduled and planned works
*
Communicate effectively with team members and clients to ensure quality and efficiency
Required Experience & Qualifications:
*
Demonstrated experience in commercial heating systems, boiler houses, and plant rooms
*
Valid CSCS card
*
Full UK driving licence (preferred due to travel requirements)
*
IPAF and PASMA certifications (advantageous, but not essential)
*
Gas Safe certification (advantageous, but not essential)
