Job Title: Decoiler Operator
Location: Kingswinford, West Midlands
Salary: £15.26 per hour
Shifts: Rotating – 6:00am–2:00pm / 2:00pm–10:00pm
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Decoiler Operator to join a highly respected and established steel processing company based in Kingswinford. This is a fantastic opportunity to secure a stable, long-term role in a clean and well-maintained facility, working as part of a skilled and supportive team.
Key Responsibilities:

Operating decoiling machinery to process steel coils according to job specifications
*
Loading and unloading coils using overhead cranes (licence advantageous)
*
Monitoring equipment performance and ensuring all work is carried out to high quality standards
*
Conducting basic machine maintenance and troubleshooting where needed
*
Completing production records accurately
*
Adhering to health and safety protocols at all times
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
*
Previous experience operating decoilers in a steel or metal processing environment
*
A solid understanding of steel grades and coil handling
*
A proactive, safety-conscious approach
*
Crane and/or FLT licences (desirable but not essential)
