The Situation
Ford & Stanley are partnered with one of the largest rolling stock maintenance organisations in the UK to recruit a Heavy Maintenance Delivery Manager. This role involves leading the mobilisation and delivery of heavy maintenance programmes, including strategic production planning, proactive staff engagement initiatives, and championing health and safety best practices across all operations.
