About the Role
Based at a well-equipped training centre in Leicester, you’ll be delivering top-tier training to apprentices and commercial delegates in Heavy Vehicle Maintenance and Repair. Your role will cover both practical and theoretical training, with a strong focus on the latest technologies and diagnostics.
Key responsibilities include:

Delivering structured, safety-focused training sessions

Preparing engaging training materials and practical tasks

Supporting and assessing apprentices through their learning journey

Providing guidance to learners and engaging employers

Staying up to date with industry and curriculum developments
What You’ll Bring
We’re looking for someone who has:

A Level 3 qualification in Heavy Vehicle Maintenance and Repair
*
Strong practical experience with modern vehicle systems and diagnostics
*
A teaching qualification such as PTTLS (or willingness to work towards one)
*
Level 2 English and Maths (or equivalent)
*
Excellent communication and organisational skills
*
A full UK driving licence
Desirable but not essential: TAQA or assessing qualifications, First Aid certification, and experience working with young people or apprentices.
