Job Description

Helpdesk Team Leader - Linux My client, a leader in their field are seeking an experienced Helpdesk Team Leader with a strong Linux background to join and lead their team based in Sussex on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and executing tasks related to IT infrastructure and systems administration. This includes overseeing internal staff and resources involved in the installation, configuration, support, and maintenance of IT software, hardware systems, data/voice networks, and internal databases. Candidates must have the following skills / experience: * Knowledge of Data Centre hardware. * Understanding of Network technology. * Linux experience. * Zabbix (or equivalent) monitoring system. * Jira This role will require 5 days a week on site.
