Advance Staff are recruiting for Class 1 Drivers!

We are currently recruiting professional and reliable Class 1 (C+E) HGV Drivers for ongoing work in the Birmingham area. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced drivers seeking regular work, competitive rates of pay, and flexible shift patterns.

The Role

As a Class 1 Driver, you will be responsible for the safe and timely delivery of goods to distribution centres, retail stores, and customer locations across the Midlands and surrounding regions.

Duties may include:

  * Trunking between distribution centres.

  * Store deliveries and collections.

  * Completing vehicle safety checks.

  * Ensuring loads are secure and transported safely.

  * Adhering to driver hours and Working Time Directive regulations.

  * Maintaining accurate delivery documentation.

  * Providing a professional service to customers and site personnel.

Requirements

  * Valid UK Class 1 (C+E) Licence.

  * Driver CPC Qualification Card.

  * Digital Tachograph Card.

  * Good knowledge of UK driving regulations and driver hours legislation.

  * Maximum of 6 penalty points (no DR, DD, IN, or CD endorsements).

  * Strong safety awareness and professional attitude.

  * Previous Class 1 experience
