HGV Class 2 Driver – Multi-Drop Bread Deliveries – Stevenage
Up to £704 per week (£17.60 per hour) | Temp to Perm | Early morning starts | 15-20 drops per shift

Are you a reliable HGV Class 2 driver with solid multi-drop experience? We’re recruiting on behalf of our client for an exciting driving opportunity based in Stevenage, delivering fresh bread across multiple locations. With start times between 1 am and 5 am on a rolling 5-on, 3-off shift pattern, this role offers steady work in a fast-paced environment.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  * Safely driving an HGV Class 2 vehicle on multi-drop routes primarily delivering bread

  * Managing 15-20 drop-offs per shift efficiently and reliably

  * Checking and securing loads to ensure goods arrive in perfect condition

  * Maintaining accurate paperwork and delivery logs

  * Adhering to all health and safety regulations and company policies

  * Communicating effectively with the operations team and customers

What we’re looking for:

  * Proven HGV Class 2 driving experience, ideally with multi-drop delivery background

  * Must be reliable and flexible, with no restrictions on your work availability

  * Ability to work early morning start times (between 1 am and 5 am) on a rolling shift pattern

  * Good navigation and time management skills

  * Excellent attention to detail and commitment to safety
