Job Description
HGV 2 Tanker Driver / Drainage Engineer.
Days: Monday – Friday 08.00 – 17.00 . Will include out of hours on call.
Driver Hire Norwich are currently recruiting for an experienced HGV 2 tanker driver / drainage engineer to work with a client of ours located in Norwich. The will be for a permanent position for the correct applicant. Previous experience in HGV 2 tanker driving/ drainage engineering is essential. There is an immediate start for this work.
The Role:
You will be operating a Bucher ( JHL ) recycling CR140 combi 3200 CL Tanker unit , caring out a range of services associated with tanker cleaning , clearance , repair and maintenance of customers drains. The company operates a 24/7 emergency service covering Norfolk & Suffolk. You must have experience of working within a similar industry and understand customers requirements and constraints. You will be on a on call rota.
The Requirements:
* Full UK HGV 2 Driving Licence.
* Current CPC and Digital Tacho card.
* Held HGV 2 licence for 1 year minimum.
* No more than 3 points of licence, and no CD, IN, DD or DR endorsement codes.
* Excellent knowledge of Driving Hours and WTR.
* Being part of an on call rota and prepared to work unsociable hours.
* High pressure water jetting qualifications or previous experience.
* Good level of literacy & numeracy is necessary.
* Minimum PPE, Steel toecaps, Hi Vis, Hard hat.
