HGV Class 1 Container Drivers – Purfleet (RM19)
Job Type: Temporary / Ongoing (Dependent on Workload)
Start Times: Between 6:00 AM – 7:00 AM
Location: RM19, Purfleet
Pay Rates:
* PAYE: £16/hour
* Limited Company: £18/hour
Days: Monday to Friday
Tramping: Accepted – Night Out Allowance Available
Job Description:
We’re seeking reliable HGV Class 1 Container Drivers to support a busy depot in Purfleet. This role involves picking up and dropping off containers across various locations. The work may be temporary or ongoing, depending on client demand—perfect for drivers seeking flexibility with potential for consistent shifts. Trampers are welcome, with night out allowances available.
Key Responsibilities:
* Transport containers to and from ports and customer sites
* Ensure safe and timely deliveries
* Complete necessary documentation
* Maintain vehicle standards and report issues
Requirements:
* Valid HGV Class 1 (C+E) licence
* CPC and Digi Tacho card
* Container experience preferred
* Professional, punctual, and dependable
